Is it Here?

Snowdrops

At Harmony Hills we have been asking is it here?  Has spring sprung?

Well it may be too early to say but here are a few signs to be found.

These wee snowdrops are blooming...

Crocus
The crocus are beginning to open...

Blue Scilla
and these little blue scilla are starting to bloom.

All three are good indications that spring may be here soon.

Hope those who are weary of winter are seeing some of spring's promises too.

Have a lovely week.

Peaceful Place

This past week I got to spend some time in my peaceful place...the studio.

Seems like this time of the year one begins to long for spring and the special little treasures that the new season will bring.  It is always nice to pull out some old photos and be reminded that soon the weather will warm and the flowers will start to bloom.

Pansies and Violas are such favorites that it is hard to resist not wanting to paint them.

As I have shared before I always plant a few in memory of my dear grandma.   It just wouldn't be spring at Harmony Hills if there were not some of these special ones growing near by.

Speaking about a Peaceful Place I hope that if you have never visited Linda at Linda's Peaceful Place you will take a few minutes and stop over for a few delightful minutes.   She has the most wonderful videos and uplifting quotes.   You will certainly have a wonderful time.   I know I always do.

Hope sweet friends you have a blessed
week.
